To our huge disappointment, we were refused entry by the security guard at the door because of his 14 year old daughter. We were so happy and loved your buffet so much, that we decided to come back with his 14 year old daughter (who were were going to pay for her meal). Well, as it turned out, I had extended my stay in California for an additional 2 week, so before I had to fly back home, we decided to come back to Valley View to redeem my 2 free buffets. I spoke to the Players Club Manager and he was kind enough to tell me that he would extend my 2 free buffets until the end of November. This is a problem since I live in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and do not plan to visit California within 30 days. Well, to my pleasant surprise.I received $100 cash back AND 2 free buffets (which I was told was only valid for 30 days). We both value our daily workouts, and had brought our workout gear - and to be told that the hotel has no gym!!Īfter going down to the casino and signing up for a Players Card, I was told to come back early in the morning (the next day) to see if I played enough on the slots to get some money back. We were very disappointed to learn that the hotel does not have a gym. We were impressed with the rooms and the free breakfast which was included. I just recently came to this casino/hotel for the first time with my husband after hearing about the lobster buffet promotion for new card holders.
